AWS Managed Services for India Teams — AWS Select Tier Services Partner

Upvantix runs agreed AWS workloads for India teams as a managed service: monitoring and alert quality, incidents, changes and patching, security-finding follow-up, backup and restore checks, and cost reviews, with access that stays under your control. Pricing is capacity-based, a monthly base plus visible additional hours, not a percentage of your AWS bill. Upvantix is an AWS Select Tier Services Partner.

Start with one important AWS workload and define what reliable operation requires.

AWS consumption can grow without automatically increasing the management fee.

Capacity-based pricing

Operating effort—not AWS spend—drives the service model.

Use a right-sized recurring commitment for the agreed scope, then keep additional hands-on effort visible as additional service hours.

Readiness before operations

Define the workload. Establish readiness. Operate with evidence.

Upvantix first establishes the operating boundary, access, telemetry, recovery paths and decision responsibilities needed around the workload.

  1. 01

    Scope

Define the workload, components, owners, dependencies and desired operating outcomes.

  2. 02

    Assess

Review access, observability, security, recovery, cost and operational readiness.

  3. 03

    Connect

Establish approved access, telemetry, event routing and service workflows.

  4. 04

    Build knowledge

Create the runbooks, escalation paths and operating context teams need.

  5. 05

    Validate

Test responsibilities, alerts, decision authority and recovery paths before operation.

  6. 06

    Operate & improve

Run the agreed scope and turn evidence into prioritized improvement work.

Visible operating evidence

See where the work—and the operating capacity—goes.

A structured service view connects workload health, engineering effort, decisions and improvement work instead of hiding them inside a monthly fee.

  • Workload and responsibility map
  • Operational-readiness register
  • Monitoring and alert baseline
  • Runbooks and escalation paths
  • Monthly service review
  • Security, recovery and FinOps action registers
  • Prioritized continual-improvement backlog

Managed Services FAQ

Understand the operating and commercial model.

How does the Upvantix pricing model work?

The service uses a recurring monthly commitment for an agreed workload scope and included CloudOps capacity. Additional hands-on work is tracked transparently as additional service hours. Pricing details are confirmed through the customer-specific proposal and scope.

Is the Managed Services fee based on our AWS bill?

No. The fee is not calculated automatically as a percentage of AWS consumption. It is based on the agreed operating scope, service capacity and responsibilities.

What happens when we need additional support hours?

Additional authorized work is recorded against the agreed service process and billed using the customer-specific commercial terms. The monthly service view makes that usage visible.

What happens if our AWS environment grows significantly?

Normal AWS consumption growth does not automatically change the management fee. A material change in workload scope, complexity, operational demand or responsibility may require a joint capacity review and re-scoping.

Can Upvantix work with our existing AWS accounts?

Yes. The intended model uses customer-owned AWS accounts and customer-approved, least-privilege access. The exact access, data and responsibility boundaries are agreed before operation.

How do security, recovery and FinOps fit into the service?

They are handled as operating disciplines: findings, recovery gaps, anomalies and recommendations are assigned, reviewed and moved through approved actions. The service does not present a dashboard score as compliance or an estimate as guaranteed savings.

Can a completed AWS project transition into Managed Services?

Yes. Cloud foundation, migration, data and AI projects can move into a readiness and service-transition path so ownership, telemetry, runbooks and improvement work are established before ongoing operation.

What AWS managed services does Upvantix offer?

Observe, Operate, Secure, Recover, Optimize and Improve — monitoring, incidents/changes, security-finding coordination, backup/recovery oversight, FinOps recommendations and continual improvement — scoped to agreed workloads.

What is AWS Select Tier, and what does Upvantix hold?

Select Tier is an AWS Services Partner tier. Upvantix is an AWS Select Tier Services Partner providing AWS-focused consulting and managed services. Partner tier describes program participation; service scope and outcomes are agreed separately.

How is managed services different from cloud foundations or migration?

Foundations and migration are build/change engagements. Managed services is the ongoing operate/improve model after (or alongside) those projects, with clear responsibilities and capacity.

Do you support India-based teams and English-language delivery?

Yes. Content and delivery are English-language and oriented to India mid-market and industrial cloud buyers, with customer-owned AWS accounts.
