Solution · Operate
Upvantix combines a predictable monthly commitment with included CloudOps capacity. When additional hands-on work is needed, the extra effort remains visible as additional service hours—not a larger management fee simply because AWS consumption increases.
Start with one important AWS workload and define what reliable operation requires.

AWS consumption can grow without automatically increasing the management fee.
Commercial alignment
AWS consumption can increase because of business growth, data volumes or customer activity. That does not always mean the effort required to operate the environment increased by the same amount.

Agreed scope and service capacity
A right-sized monthly commitment includes CloudOps hours; additional hands-on work remains visible as additional hours used.
The recurring service applies to an agreed workload scope and operating baseline. A material change in workload responsibility, complexity or demand may require a joint capacity review and re-scoping.
Start with a defined monthly operating commitment and an agreed level of CloudOps capacity.
Additional charges relate to extra hands-on effort—not merely to an increase in AWS consumption.
Service reporting shows how operating capacity is used and where additional effort is going.
Managed operations
Connect day-to-day AWS operations to evidence, ownership and a visible path for continuous improvement.
AWS monitoring, telemetry, event routing, dashboards and alert-quality improvement.
Incident coordination, service requests, changes, patching and routine infrastructure operations.
Security-finding intake, prioritization, ownership, remediation coordination and exception tracking.
Backup oversight, recovery planning, restore validation and resilience improvement.
Cost visibility, anomaly investigation, capacity review and controlled FinOps recommendations.
Service governance, architecture recommendations and an accountable improvement backlog.
Readiness before operations
Upvantix first establishes the operating boundary, access, telemetry, recovery paths and decision responsibilities needed around the workload.
Define the workload, components, owners, dependencies and desired operating outcomes.
Review access, observability, security, recovery, cost and operational readiness.
Establish approved access, telemetry, event routing and service workflows.
Create the runbooks, escalation paths and operating context teams need.
Test responsibilities, alerts, decision authority and recovery paths before operation.
Run the agreed scope and turn evidence into prioritized improvement work.
Visible operating evidence
A structured service view connects workload health, engineering effort, decisions and improvement work instead of hiding them inside a monthly fee.

Customer-controlled AWS
Use customer-approved access and appropriate AWS-native operational services. The base model does not require a proprietary cloud-management platform.

Technology follows the agreed architecture and operating scope. Naming an AWS service does not make every feature applicable to every workload.

Managed Services FAQ
The service uses a recurring monthly commitment for an agreed workload scope and included CloudOps capacity. Additional hands-on work is tracked transparently as additional service hours. Pricing details are confirmed through the customer-specific proposal and scope.
No. The fee is not calculated automatically as a percentage of AWS consumption. It is based on the agreed operating scope, service capacity and responsibilities.
Additional authorized work is recorded against the agreed service process and billed using the customer-specific commercial terms. The monthly service view makes that usage visible.
Normal AWS consumption growth does not automatically change the management fee. A material change in workload scope, complexity, operational demand or responsibility may require a joint capacity review and re-scoping.
Yes. The intended model uses customer-owned AWS accounts and customer-approved, least-privilege access. The exact access, data and responsibility boundaries are agreed before operation.
They are handled as operating disciplines: findings, recovery gaps, anomalies and recommendations are assigned, reviewed and moved through approved actions. The service does not present a dashboard score as compliance or an estimate as guaranteed savings.
Yes. Cloud foundation, migration, data and AI projects can move into a readiness and service-transition path so ownership, telemetry, runbooks and improvement work are established before ongoing operation.
Observe, Operate, Secure, Recover, Optimize and Improve — monitoring, incidents/changes, security-finding coordination, backup/recovery oversight, FinOps recommendations and continual improvement — scoped to agreed workloads.
Select Tier is an AWS Services Partner tier. Upvantix is an AWS Select Tier Services Partner providing AWS-focused consulting and managed services. Partner tier describes program participation; service scope and outcomes are agreed separately.
Foundations and migration are build/change engagements. Managed services is the ongoing operate/improve model after (or alongside) those projects, with clear responsibilities and capacity.
Yes. Content and delivery are English-language and oriented to India mid-market and industrial cloud buyers, with customer-owned AWS accounts.
